pretty much the only thing you get is a staff discount, and time in lieu for working bank/public holidays.

The sick pay is a benefit but there is never enough staff to cover you so you end up going in no matter how bad you are.
The best thing was the flexible working hours

Salary not in line with competitors Other benefits good apart from lack of bonus scheme and when there was one didn't pay out for 5 years.
Staff discount 25% is great, bonuses are non existent
25% Discount and the occasional incentive although, stores get vouchers to share which managers will sometimes keep and area managers get paid holidays.
Worst thing is the lack of good benefits!
