Rotas can be flexible dependent on life situations and childcare etc. Accomodations can be made if necessary, just requires open and honest communcation

The hours are flexible but always different. You know one month ahead what shift pattern you will do, this is helpful to arrange social life.

At Three I was allowed to work from home and start early and leave early as required. This is a benefit that is provided on a manager by manager basis not a company policy.
