Need to be transparent and honest with sickness or illness, fair policy if abiding by rules and guidelines, limited amount per year, severe cases are flexible
I have never used the sick pay benefits from three so I’m not sure how I would rate it
Fairly standard as far as I know. Never really needed this for any great duration.

It depend on manager and it depends how got are you with managers and also if you have valid reason then you get paid
