    There was not really a best it was bare minimum on every aspect, worst has to be pension contributions at minimum allowed legally

    no healthcare package. instead you get a percentage of your salary. this is really poor behaviour - it means that the less paid staff dont get the same healthcare options as the better paid! healthcare should be equal across staff

    Only good for exTowry employees - prepaid spreecards, good pension, monthly gym membership, birthday off, and 35 working week vs 37.5 hr for rest of firm. Bad for new starters, only 2% legal minimum pension and none of the benefits mentioned above.

    Unfortunately only ex Towry staff have good benefits like 1.5% of salary flex benefits, £30 per month gym contribution. Company pension contribution up to 6%. Apparently it is terrible for new starters.
