There isn’t one that I knew of, although I’m sure if I was given a proper induction that may of been discussed
2.5% flexible benefits package rising to 5% over £25k. A choice of options as to how this is used, including buying/selling addition holidays, pension, health and life insurance, cycle to work scheme, discounted gym membership etc. Benefits window only open once a year for some benefits.
Holiday and flex benefits are great, pension poor.
Best was the holidays, 26 days, plus bank holidays. Worst was the pension, as no matter what you put in they only put 1%.
