Best thing about the role is the amount of annual leave
No matter how long you've been with the company you'll still have to accrue it, if you use over your accrued amount you won't get paid for it, even if you've been there for years and the system for working out hourly paid staffs holiday allowance is stupidly complicated.
the leave is standard like almost all other companies have to provide. There is no added benefit for long-term employees against new starts. except new starts to wait till holidays are accrued prior to being allowed to take holidays
Statutory annual leave. No bank holidays unless taken as holiday.
28 days, increases to 30 after 3 years. No bank holidays but generally holidays can be taken whenever you want.
