50% off of top ticket prices but they’re always reduced to this or more anyway
50% off top ticket price but items are always discounted by at least 50% so the public actually get better discount as can get further 20%
Different managers offer different discounts to staff through different stores, I won't mention which ones but there is very little continuity throughout the business.
The discount is 50% of RRP. The store frequently has a sale on at this amount or higher, and so the staff benefit is largely useless
It's a massive con as all the products are reduced to 50% or more for the majority of the year anyway.
Good staff discount, 50% on items not reduced.
Isn’t really a discount if you work in a store with discount
50% off top ticket price. However products are always half price.
It may as well not exist. It's 50% off of the original price of the item. This sounds great however with the exception of a couple of weeks a year everything is 50% off or more so you receive no benefit above and beyond what the customer pays.
You get half price on anything in store as long as it is full price. Discount should be more than what the public get and everything will be made half price after the first two weeks of being in store so what is the point?
