‘50% off of top ticket prices but they’re always reduced to this or more anyway ’
‘Maternity and paternity leave is somewhat granted according to the minimum required by law, but there have been cases of expectant mothers being denied a normal return to work due to their prolonged absence from work. Completely unacceptable!’
Not a lot compared to other companies
No real benefit at all. Top ticket offer of 50% off for staff but most stock is reduced to this or more anyway
No benefits - trade prices for items, customers get better discounts than staff. Worst pension ever. Holidays are a joke - one half day a week. They round holidays down which is illegal. If you have a doctors or dentist appointment, you are docked money. All take take take.
staff discount nothing else, head office I believe get a lot more than front end staff
There is no benefit package at trespass in fact there is no benefit in working there at all
No benifits at all. We have a discount but theres always a sale on so it doesnt even count.
No real benefit for working for them
The is no benefits only statutory holidays, statutory sick pay, the bear minimum of everything!!
The staff discount is obsolete and theres no instore incentive to sell well.
A benefits package simply does not exist at Trespass. They only give you the bare minimum that the law stipulates. The 50% off staff discount is irrelevant as all products are on sale 95% of the year anyway. In fact customers can potentially get more discount than staff if they buy during a 50% off sale and use a military discount card to get a further 10% off. Once you work there any length of time you will see the lack of quality and corner cutting involved on all product manufacture so this will most likely to put you off buying anything anyway.
