    In the UK the package is fantastic and really promotes work-life balance. The culture is great and lends itself to this ethos. Benefits include a matched pension, access to a health scheme (individual or family through payroll deduction) Income protection insurance and Life assurance at 4x annual salary. Other non-monetary benefits include ample flex days, a good WFH policy and a flexible approach to working hours.
