really pointless tick-boxing exercise neither enough women nor LGBT not minorities are represented properly in fact perhaps sidelined professionally. Not seen one ethnically diverse man/woman/transgender person in board level. Very very few women in the GMD level thats all!
What diversity program? plays mouthpiece to it but doesn't offer genuine solutions. there's some deep-seated misogny that rears its head every so often at the firm
