‘Will cover long term illness’
‘Great people, fantastic company and brands’
Purpose-led organisation, overall great package with private health insurance, holidays, and time off
Great flexible work opportunities. Good shares and pension plan.
25 days holiday, flexible wfh culture, private medical, life insurance, pension, stock options
The best is pension fund and work from home. The worst is health care insurance
Good sick pay, pension, but best benefit is probably the flexibility of setting your own work schedule and location within reason
Shop, Hairdresser and gym at office
The pension scheme is quite good (including a defined benefit scheme). So is culture. On the other hand, salaries may not be as competitive.
Benefits are exceptional and constantly improving. Whilst it would be hard for the business to feel like they are supporting you personally, given the size, you feel as though staff in general are valued
Flexible options at the workplace
Benefit have gradually decreased, not as good as they were
