Flexibility is one the main benefits you get working at UCL.
Does depend on the supervisor. In most cases, it is flexible as long as you accomplish your tasks. However, in some unfortunate instances, you might end up being micromanaged.
Research staff are offered very flexible working schedules. This is extremely productive.
This is very dependent on the area or manager - but it's common to have a high degree of flexibility and autonomy around working hours and working from home.
