Family friendly and flexible working
As part of our commitment to family friendly working and flexibility, informal opportunities for occasional work from home can be agreed locally, where operationally practical.
More formalised arrangements can be requested through our Flexible Working procedures which, based on good practice, aim to encourage staff members and managers to find solutions that suit them both. We take flexible working requests seriously and will try to accommodate alternative working arrangements wherever possible.
