‘everything is good enough for me.’
‘Very fair scheme in terms of sick pay which is in line with charity/local government’
Everyone is good and the classroom is very clean. University provides good equipment for teachers and students.
Paid annual leave, maternity and paternity time off , flexible working office work 8 TIL 10 start
USS Pension - value diminishing but still among best available, leave entitlement can't be bettered (40 days+ incl public holidays), 3x salary death in service life assurance, on-site gym, shops etc on site.
Great holiday package, 25 days plus bank hols plus all university closed days
Sick pay understanding flexible
The pension scheme is a very generous one.
I am satisfying with everything
Great holiday allowance and additional time off over Christmas, Easter and bank holidays, good pension scheme as university pays in twice as much as you do
Lots of staff benefits and a website online that details all of this for any new staff looking to find out more.
Pro - Very flexible in terms of working hours and days off. Con - No real oversight or chain of command.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
