I actually have nothing to say about the benefits package. But I have to say that the holiday allowance is quite generous. It also allows working from home.
Great range of benefits, from travel incentives like cycle to work and season ticket loans, to a great pension scheme, a fair and transparent salary scale, city centre car parking for a reasonable monthly cost, flexible working, and a great holiday allowance with the option to purchase more!
The salary is extremely competitive for the local area. The online benefits platform is getting better all of the time.
Fantastic holiday entitlement each year
standard benefits for an educational institution but way behind what industry has to offer.
They pay more than minimum wage.
Fairly standard benefit scheme for academia. Generous annual leave, flexible working hours.

Whether it be from the Staff Merit & Achievement Awards where managers nominate you to get a £500 bonus at Christmas, Perkz offers or health encouragements such as walk the world, cycle to work or the free package they put together if you run the Lincoln 10K!
