Best thing is Medical Insurance and Pension, then the worst thing is the sick cover which could be enhanced but overall benefits are good and would recommend
health insurance life insurance pension contribution gym membership £200 per year Dental £350 per year
Fairly standard benefits, flexible working was fine and normal stuff like health, pension, car allowance etc...
Good core benefits but never can be sure if they will pay commission as they make it up as they go along
Benefits package is quite basic - you get your BUPA (basic one with 150 GBP allowance), access to a medical portal, some vouchers, basic pension plan and a bike loan. You're also compensated 100 GBP a year towards gym membership or sports equipment.
excellent perks, vce do their best to retain staff, short and long term incentive plans
