Nothing best about this company's benefits. It is one of the worst companies in UK.
No benefits at all from the company
They do not have any benefits. They offer food for certain peoples birthdays but that's about it. The HR watches you through CCTV in her office all the time.
No benefits whatsoever..only biscuits in the canteen every day and 8 days of annual leave! The company cant afford to pay salary properly let alone give an benefits package.
There are no benefits, at all. During my employment, I haven't received anything from them, but my salary, which even sometimes was cut off, because of wrong calculation.
They deduct your sick days from salary, a company filled with negativity, 99% of the products not working, if you read carefully all the reviews- very stressful environment to work. Full of lies if you find anything positive. The top 10 senior management should be admitted to mental asylum especially the bipolar CEO and the cunning Business Development Director. The company director can be seen mostly at te reception/customer service who is a pawn for company messups. The company never pay its suppliers, employees and steal from customers. Stay away if possible mostly Srilankans work here.
There is no benefits package. There are only 20 days paid leave and you are not allowed to take more than a week usually.
They promise you benefits, but in the end there are none. Quite often they don't even pay out your holidays.
