Our health insurance is totally unrelated to billings. All employees across the company (sales and ops) are entitled to private health insurance through a market leading insurance provider at the point of passing probation.
There are promises about private health insurace. The provision is the lowest possible offering there is- you can get 10% off at pharmacy and a free online automated health check- whoopdido!! There are 22 days holiday, 4 of which you are forced to take at xmas. The CEOs usually take July and August off- not fair on the rest of us. Complete waste of time.
Not wholly accurate! We offer Vitality health insurance to all employees following a 3 month probation (that includes 50% off gym membership, numerous discounts and access to private health). For new starters there are 25 days holiday (yes we do ask you to take holiday at Xmas). There is also complete flexible working that various members of the leadership team take advantage of.
