Decent holiday allowance and policy, one downside is that you have to book all of your holidays for the year all together in October (for the following year). Very difficult to judge what you will be doing in a years time from then! The benefits package is great, lots of discounts in restaurants, hotels, holidays.

Everyone knows about the bonus but other great benefits include £250 every year towards your own learning experiences e.g. self defence, cooking or history course and £60 towards concert/theatre tickets.

The best thing about the benefits is that you can always count on help from people from the Head Office, regardless whatever anyone says. They are genuinely helpful in every situation you are struggling to go through.

Partner discount is great (especially 25% at John Lewis). Understandably they are phasing out time and a half on Sundays/overtime but this is a obviously a dent in the benefits package.
