Range of benefits provided
Great health and dental insurance. Standard pension. Good gym subsidies and in-office wellness services
There are no benefits offered, you are employed on a self employed basis
Improved a lot recently, originally followed the statutory requirements but moving away to offer better benefits in line with competition. Still some improvements to be made, particularly around long term sickness
Very good benefits, and very flexible in adjusting benefits where required . Private health insurance, gym membership, pension scheme
feels disorganised and rushed at times, but the benefits are nice and culture is friendly. work is tough but equally you are heavily trusted and given responsibility
Health insurance and vacations are good. Managers are usually flexible.
Great perks and benefits and private health insurance
Best thing are the people, the ownership on projects, responsabilites, and benefit (health care, pension, gym)
Equity is the most important benefit but employees receive part of their shares after working 1 year and 1month in the company. If they leave before that period they lose all of them.
