Holiday allowance isn't too bad. You get a small discount on food at Trinity Kitchen.
The only benefit from working here is that the people are great. Otherwise you work longer than your contracted hours in order to 'stretch beyond' with no benefits like extra pay, or time off in lieu. If you don't then you're threatened on the security of your job. You are expected to use your own mobiles to download numerous apps, and are required to give out personal phone numbers to customers if you are on the road, which can lead to being contacted at all hours or the night. So really I cannot think what the benefits package was from working here.
