Holidays are respected and many perks are offered by the company. They want to support flexible working environments and allow people to have families, work remotely and manage their day as they see fit
Weber offers good benefits, and company encourage work from home if needed.
Good amount of holidays but poor everything else
Pension plan scheme on offer
Great benefits offering being part of a larger firm
IT is a really great place to work but the hours are really insane and the client are demanding ...career progression is quite good at the moment
Good private health insurance and pension options
There is limited access to benefits
Very competitive basic salary and excellent work/life balance on the whole. Good overall package of in-kind or discounted benefits. Pension scheme employer contributions are okay but not great. Main thing missing is some kind of performance related pay, share scheme or bonus scheme.
Great training opportunities, potential to grow and develop within the company, mobility between offices
