‘Very difficult to work from home. Old school attitude ’
Very good package of benefits
Relatively standard benefits package with private healthcare, 25 days holiday (option to buy 5 more), and a favourable pension contribution scheme.
quite generous : x2 match on pension contribution up to 10% although healthcare is not as good as other banks
Good Private health insurance and dental coverage
There is a good annual salary and private healthcare as well as additional optional extras
25 day holidays with possibility to buy 5 days. Maternity leave is 6 months full pay.
Great flexibility so you should feel a strong work/life balance. Holiday allowance is only 25 days though (you have the option to purchase an additional 5). No bonus for certain roles and pay rise is marginal but you are able to contest this during appraisals if you feel you deserve more
vacation and healthcare were the strongest I have had
Bonuses are not great and criteria is unclear at tmes.
401k match and occasionally profit share. Only can roll over 5 days of unused paid time off which makes long holidays difficult.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
