‘Sick pay is at the same rate as your standard pay but you don't get many days in total’
Good benefits & caring employer
Full range of employee benefits
Buy extra holiday, good rewards, annual bonus
The car scheme amount is low meaning that if you wanted to get anything decent you would have to add some of your own money.
25 days holiday with the ability to buy and sell + or - 3 days. Up to 3 days additional for long service.
Flexible working (an issue in itself due to the atrocious technology) isn't consistent and only seems applicable to higher grades and above, the same for most other benefits (and professional development) other than the ones that you get everywhere. 1 day off for volunteering (most equivalent companies offer 2 or 3 days), holiday buy/sell (3 days), average annual leave allowance, matched pension (no DB scheme)
Pretty good range of overall benefits, including flexible working.
As an intern there were very few benefits to which I was eligible as a temporary employee. However I am aware that for full time employees including those on my team, there were many benefits available.
There are multiple benefits available but they can be hard to locate on the intranet.
Fantastic pension scheme Top notch Private medical Great flexible benefits
