Team activities outside of fundraising hours were good fun. Regular company wide events including family days.
The best part about working with Wesser was the commission that you got after exceeding your sales target. The worst part was not meeting your sales targets. Some of the people who failed to meet their set targets were asked to leave.
A lot of rewards. When you are valued in the company and respected, it really shows. Wesser has enabled me to work abroad with WWF Armenia to help give back to the communities. It has helped me learn to drive, sponsored me to raise money when i did the 3 peaks challenge. They have really made me feel a strong sense of worth and i'm not 'just another employee'
Lots of team activities, meals out, team building.
There isnt one at all, truly thr worst place in the world to work , you might get accomodation in a rotting house, but you will not be able to buy food because they rarely pay you
Lots of flexibility. Work in Uni holidays. Good rewards for results.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
