None existent. For for the size of the company you would expect health insurance. Bonus’s are only for higher management... but you do get £25 to spend on a works party at Xmas

Very few perks at WPD. Really the only thing they offer is a subsidised gym membership in a limited number of rather exclusive gyms. Pension contributions from WPD are limited to only 8% of salary!
Pretty good benefits package all round
