- Lovely team - Good training, I learnt a lot - Very understanding management
Applying for holidays or even days off as always been easy for me. Of course, trying to get a two week holiday in August/Christmas requires planning well ahead due to the demand. Wilko also offers a 20% discount for employees after 4 weeks of employment.
Reasonable basic but the rewards programme always seemed out of touch. They really should consider putting a bigger focus on this.
There is 20% discount but that's it
Uniform allowance Pay above minimum wage 28 day's holiday even for 4 hour contracts Holiday pay Discount 20% Smaller discount for 1 family member
Staff discount is nice. Work rota is not organised
20% discount, extra pay for unsociable hours, pension.
There is a decent staff discount, however, takes a while to become active, not much else offered upfront unless full time
20% discount after 4 weeks of employment. Family Discount after 13 weeks of employment. 3/4 hour shifts Part Time Fun work enviroment Ideal for 16/17 year olds looking for extra money
20% staff discount. Ensure you negotiate a good base salary if you join as you won't be getting a bonus anytime soon. Company car offer is relatively poor by grade vs competition. No shares etc so very basic total package on offer. Pension not competitive by grade. New reward scheme looks like its designed to confuse people.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
