‘Only national payment, no extra!’
‘Yes benefits are available in Wipro’
‘industry standard annual leaves available’
Wipro offer good benefits in the form of Work from Home scheme and Life Insurance
Salary offset scheme for things like private medical, life insurance pension etc. But nothing really game changing. Holiday allowance not so good, 20 days in the uk plus public holidays sick pay for 5 days then down to 70% salary thereafter.
Good to work with company
Too many managers and less salaries compared to peer companies
Why is utilization such a big deal in Big4, GT, BDO, etc? Do folks get seriously dinged if they don’t meet utilization targets at the Director level? I moved from IT consulting firms like Cognizant, Wipro, etc to Big4 and Ofcourse I am cognizant of the more talented folks in big 4 and the exit opportunities it provides, but is utilization the be all and end all? Will I get more credit for sales revenue if I excel there? Given the fact that the ultimate GOAL is to make PPMD
Having 11yrs of exp in .NET Technologies, My current CTC is 9 LPA in Wipro and I have one offer from Mindtree 15 LPA. Is it worth ? Have I asked low CTC ? In case if I need to re-negotiate, what's the procedure? Other than this I don't have any offer in hand. Please help

I am a senior manager with the FS practice at Wipro. I have hard-core delivery experience defining requirements with business and working with dev teams on solution design and development. I want to move out of this role and get into Account delivery or Sales or something else. But my experience is too narrow or focused. My practice will not "allow" me to move out of this role. Any ideas/ suggestions on how I go about this.
Looking for advice! Have joining date at next company on Aug 23rd. Unable to move the joining date. Bonus from Q1 from Wipro is expected on Aug 19/20. Starting a new project at Wipro on Aug 9th & hence I am not a critical resource for any projects right now. Should I wait until the bonus is received on Aug 19/20 and give very short notice? OR Should I give notice on Aug 9/Aug 13 which will give them a few days for transition. Will they terminate me earlier and deny bonus for Q1?
