Access to Vitality health with many benefits like Champneys, Runners Need, FitBit, Apple discounts, as well as access to private healthcare with personal health fund. Office closes for around 2 weeks at Christmas so that nobody has to work in-between the holidays, as well as flexible bank holidays that people can change and use for other celebrations. Happiness Team that set up a big breakfast spread every Wednesday morning, as well as a fully stocked kitchen throughout the week.
Really well thought out internal events for growth and enjoyment.
Wiser have a Happiness team that makes sure you have everything you need (and more). Wiser Festival, the onboarding boxes and the mental health support are all mega.
Amazing social side, with lots of people caring about wellbeing. Main benefits are access to Vitality, Pension scheme, and an extra two weeks of holiday off around Christmas and New Year. WFH policy is also extremely flexible. There's no real pressure to be in the office.
