What benefits? There's a few token discounts for retailers who are clearly providing them to every company out there on a really clunky third party website. It asks below if flexible working is offered - the bare minimum statutory legal process is.

A lot of benefits are pretty standard, there is nothing really over and above. Annual leave begins at 23 days per year which is below standard. They offer a company bonus but it is unachievable and if the target is hit, you get £100 . No christmas function organised as a company benefit either. On the plus side, they are flexible with working hours and you can work from home when needed.
