We have an Employee Engagement Group that is very active and new benefits come out of this process. Long term sickness over 6 months is covered by insurance and paid at 2/3 of salary until retirement age. For me the best benefit is the flexibility of working. At Workplace you work hard but are treated like an adult and the give & take works in both directions.
There is a good general package of benefits on offer at Workplace Systems and the Employee Engagement Group is always looking at ways to add more.
Good salary, car allowance, BUPA, pension
Defined, but flexible working hours, with the opportunity to work from home. We also get professional membership fees paid for by the company, and they are constantly expanding their benefits, with new things every 3 months.
The benefits in the company are pretty good. They give you a pension (and donate towards it), and you get a generous amount of holiday. They are flexible to peoples needs, so if you need to work strange hours or are travelling a long way to get into the office the managers will do what they can to make this easier for you.
