Annual leave was very fair during my time at XLN . Similar to most places you will work.

As long as you get it in early enough you should get it providing there isn't too many people off

Generally frowned upon by senior management with in first 6 months of employment

XLN response

Hi there. We work closely with managers to ensure they're as flexible as possible in terms of annual leave. It isn't normally highlighted as an issue - so if you do have a spare ten minutes, it would be great to have a chat - totally confidentially. It all helps us to learn and improve :) You can get us on 020 7963 9701

The amount of annual leave days offered is pretty standard in my role but the extra days given during the Christmas period are a real bonus! The basic annual leave package also grows the longer you work here so that's another positive

The business offers a generous basic annual leave package that grows the longer you stay. There are also PRIDE days, which are extra holidays offered over the Christmas holiday period to boost your leave further :)

Current Area Manager in Louth, England

I'm here nor there. I do think it could be looked at again. You are kind of told when you must take most of the annual leave which is all well and good but something impractical for some people.

5 days extra holiday over Christmas if amount of sick leave over the year is low.
