Bonus is good when it gets paid, not guaranteed. Lots of people on different contracts, some who have been there years get much more than newer employees.

Good work life balance, lots of incentives. Staff are looked after and treated well.
4 weeks holiday, bank holidays off, pension contribution. Bonus scheme every quarter - bonus scheme set at the beginning of the quarter but if too many people look like they are reaching target the goalpost is changed

The company car ownership scheme is excellent. Also the pension. The worst thing is the expenses, they are a pain to fill in.
