‘3 months sick pay is very good, not that I've ever used it.’
‘Depends on what type of manager you get and what mood they are in.’
‘Yell are good with flexible working, I know that if I need to stop to go and pick my kids up from school or something that requires me to be away, that I can go and do that / work a little bit later to give the time back ’
Benefits are good through discounts across loads of retailers, health clubs, travel and loads more. Have mental well-being hub also with online exercise videos, recepies, money management etc. Discounted rates avail for dental and private medical, would be good to have those packages included with contracts.
