In the UK, annually we run our ACE scheme (Awards for Customer Excellence). The awards celebrate employees who have worked hard to deliver amazing results and outstanding service to internal and external customers.

The company provides anything you need, if I have a valid reason I’ll get time off, I get holidays but not as much, I do get weekends off though.
Holiday is okay, sick pay is given to an extent then disciplinary is given instead.
