In the UK, annually we run our ACE scheme (Awards for Customer Excellence). The awards celebrate employees who have worked hard to deliver amazing results and outstanding service to internal and external customers.

There are also monthly incentives for individual Customer Excellence and each business unit within the UK business also run their own recognition programmes.

    Yell are good with flexible working, I know that if I need to stop to go and pick my kids up from school or something that requires me to be away, that I can go and do that / work a little bit later to give the time back

Benefits are good through discounts across loads of retailers, health clubs, travel and loads more. Have mental well-being hub also with online exercise videos, recepies, money management etc. Discounted rates avail for dental and private medical, would be good to have those packages included with contracts.
