4 weeks holiday, bank holidays off, pension contribution. Bonus scheme every quarter - bonus scheme set at the beginning of the quarter but if too many people look like they are reaching target the goalpost is changed

The company car ownership scheme is excellent. Also the pension. The worst thing is the expenses, they are a pain to fill in.

Benefits package is exceptionally good for the highest performers. If you are not right at the top (although not a zero-sum game so there is the possibility for everyone to do well) benefits are not so great.
