Overall Yodel's benefits package is one of the best things about the company, but could still be improved. Good pension plan and childcare vouchers, but minimum holidays (20 days) and no sick pay in year 1. I would suggest that Yodel consider that not all employees want the same benefits and perhaps offer more flexible options. For example, the ability to buy more annual leave or a move to flexi-time could really offer a big boost to moral!
