As a U.S. based company, the benefits in EMEA may seem important from US management view point. However from an European view point, it is just above the minimum required by Law. It is not competitive and is not helping recruiting talents in a remote location such as Stansted. Flexibility - depending on the departments - is a strong benefit at Zemax.
