work from home and flexible working
For an aspiring tech company the benefits are nowhere near the level you'd expect. This makes sense if you know the company's journey, but it is time to modernise if they want to attract and keep top candidates.
Doesn't make up for the other problems
Office location good in city centre. But so are many other employees!
There not too bad. Great holiday allowances and the opportunity for flexi time. could maybe be add a few extra special ones in there but they are a good place to start! Great to have the support of dependant leave for those with families although Maternity Pay leaves a little room for improvement.
Holidays are generous, with extra day for your birthday. Often free fruit and sometimes free beer in office fridge too. Pensions being introduced, also gym membership.
The benefits package is lacking, but the engagement team are working on introducing more offerings. Whilst not all the benefits are paid for by the company, there are some such as a reduced fee gym membership.
Free fruit twice a week! Working from home on occasion is a great help for work life balance. flexibility in start and end times is useful for those who travel a distance.
Generous annual leave up to 30 days off and your birthday
