    If the store hits it's targets then every employee in that store is bonused depending on their contract hours. This happens ever three months.

    Work here whilst studying, and it has been the best retail job I've had. Work as a team to reach targets with a bonus when met. You can work you're way up in the business and gain tons of transferable skills

    Best- 12 days holiday -£30 bonus every few months -free clothes/shoes - 44% discount online, 30% in any store Worse- only 3 days sick, after that it's disciplinary -Can only use the discount on a very limited number of items, not on sale.

    Annual review... the worst thing about the bonus is that you only receive the full bonus if your manager likes you... if he doesn't, he has full power to deprive you of at least half, if not all of of it... Another bullying weapon he has in his armoury that he can use to get you to hand your notice in... Also, promotions are mainly not due to how hard you have worked and on achievement, but based rather on who your friends are....
