‘The Pay everything when you are out in your sick day off, so is the best of being there.’
Flexible benefits allowance - allows you to spend on things that matter to you
Good level of coverage and benefits
its great that they allow you to work flexibly including flexible start/ finish, part time working and WFH opportunities.
The overall benefits package is pretty strong, with 25 days annual leave as stands are, rising to 30 with longer service. You also get your birthday off every year, and can choose from a flexible benefits allowance covering areas including health insurance, health MOTs, dental insurance, ride to work scheme, life insurance, etc. Every Friday finish time is 4pm, and it’s 2pm on the final Friday of every month. Pre Covid we would have regular company social events (summer and Xmas parties) and perks in the office such as bacon butties and lunch buffets.
An annual holiday voucher.
