‘Good level of trust so minimal red tape to get paid for sick pay.’
some time the pack is to big for small item
Great holiday pay and health insurance
Amazing parental leave plans in a caring environment
Stingy on some things, excessive on others, unfortunately getting it the wrong way around. Limited benefits on healthcare, super stingy travel policy, but free unhealthy food in the kitchen.
Work from home day, dental and health plans, fully stocked kitchen with nice coffee machines, good work life balance.
Generous package, but your personal part of the bonus gets cut if the year was not strong even if you did awesome (read the small print in your contract)
Best: pretty good salary & generous share saving scheme (ESPP). Stock awards can significantly augment package. Worst: divisive travel policy, under which VPs & above can travel business class for long haul flights, while their colleagues below VP level travel economy on the same trip (very un-inclusive, for a company that values 'diversity & inclusion')
For my country it was good!
There are limited benefits to contract workers
Time off onsite fitness courses (yoga, bootcamp, Pilates and boxe)
