Benefits biased towards salary and bonus. Minimal "free" other benefits and pension contribution significantly below market.
Generous share schemes: you need to participate in them for three years minimum to see a profit, or 5 years to get tax-free status on them. Staff travel availability: mostly in winter months, in summer it is nonexistent or just standby. Flexible hours/working days: an average working month involves on average 13 days of actual work, the rest being standbys or rest days, you get 23 days of leave a year but the way the system works you can transform that in roughly 7 and a half weeks of effective paid holidays.
The staff travel is one of the best things you can get and the life insurance. Until now I have not yet found any bad thing about the benefits package
