Good staff travel rates available
Staff travel is the biggest benefit by far. Salaries are really low in general. No career development perspective (you can easily move jobs horizontally but can't go "up" easily)
Decent holiday allowance, a nice monetary bonus at the end of each year and there's always support for workers within the company
Stafftravel cheap flights (standby tickets) Use of airline discount with many worldwide hotels and package holidays. Discounts at the base airport, access to premium lounge at discounted price, shares, plenty of selected benefits coming in a package for staff to chose (childcare, Heath plans, insurance)

Easyjet puts all the emphasis on base salary and bonus. Therefore gives limited else. However has a number of different share schemes, which in the past have paid out well.
* Staff travel - £5 plus taxes and airport fees per flight * Company-time travel insurance - if you get ill on the plane and offloaded in a foreign country, for example * Holiday and guaranteed days off - you can book holiday and guaranteed days off with at least 1-2 months notice. Guaranteed days off are given at 24 per year, up to a maximum of 4 per month.
Pension and Shares opportunities. Salary exchange benefits are crap and not been updated in years but always have a positive spin until you read the terms and conditions. Need new benefits package with upto date items not just what are most tax beneficial for the company. Uniform as a benefit is a total joke, its crap, tacky, rubbish quality, and no 2 things in the same size fit the same apart from the shoes you buy yourself.
