Sick leave policy minimal however conflicts with infection control policy. There is a difference between senior and junior staff. Senior staff have the ability to work from home. Junior staff conceal sickness at since sick days work against them

The information about the benefits could be communicated a bit clearly to the staff. Some of the benefits that are on offer are not practical for the majority of employees
There is a "bare minimum" benefit package at Retroscreen. Basic salary is what you get. Unless you are one of the privileged who get a huge bonus. It's common knowledge that those whose face fits will get a 5 - 6 figure bonus.
