Can't remember any stand out benefits as such but they do offer a staff discount of around 30% which is a pretty good saving if you need it
Employee discount of a third off on products. That's all I know. I've never been employed I just want 12 months free access.
The staff discount is incredibly generous.
It’s 30% off everything apart from a selected few items. Overall good
PROs : Staff discount, regular hours, all bank holidays included, 30 days holiday a year CONs : Time off during christmas period is not allowed
Holidays - So the thing to remember here is it is RETAIL. With this in mind any standard ' holiday season' or bank holidays are pretty much ruled out. Pay for sales staff is poor considering how hard the teams get worked. Staff discount is 30% on most products which is cool at Christmas/birthdays.
the best thing is the staff discount, it's quite decent, bought quite a lot of boxsets for good money.
