The good benefits of this company were working from home and flexibility. One benefit was you could get a pay increase on every session worked after a certain amount of sessions, but eventually it became impossible to reach that number as scheduling was awful and I barely got any classes at all. No sick pay and if a student didn’t show up you had to sit there for the whole time to get paid.
