Really great flexible benefits scheme. You are assigned a benefit budget and can pick what you want from a range of things like dental insurance, health cash plan, discount gym, charity giving, cycle to work. You can also choose different tiers for the dental and health cash plan to get more out of it. If the health cash plan is still offered I would 10/10 recommend using the top tier of this as it covers virtually everything you could need

Only 20 days annual leave per year which is ridiculous for any FTE Job in london - Non rested employees get sick more and are less productive! Get a decent budget to choose other benefits.

In 2016 they introduced a really good benefits scheme which includes paid gym, money back on dentist etc. and perkbox. You can select other stuff like PMI too and it be taken out of your pay before tax.
