Good company pension which they contribute to, options to purchase reduced price health insurance, full sick pay for 6 months, can work from home if in the right team (non customer facing).
There's some wage deductibles like supermarket vouchers, childcare. You can purchase extra annual leave. Some opportunities for overtime and bonuses dependent on need and department. A bit light compared to some companies, but much better than others!
