Good private health insurance benefits and work from anywhere policy
Benefits are great in general (pension, Bupa, YuLife & 6-week work from anywhere policy), but going to the office (at fixed days for most teams) twice a week is still a requirement with very little room for flexibility (the office is not very conveniently-located either)

Amazing flexible benefit of working from anywhere for 6 weeks per year. The company gives two Mental Health days on top of your holidays that can be taken at any time, no questions asked!
There is a level of transparency that goes through the entire company that I have not seen anywhere else.
