Private Health Insurance, Dental, Flexible Working (6 Weeks a year from anywhere in the world), Snacks in office, Sports Groups (Football, Tennis etc.)
above average maternity, paternity and SPL leave, option to buy holiday and the use of 6 weeks of remote working a year!
Good private health insurance benefits and work from anywhere policy
Benefits are great in general (pension, Bupa, YuLife & 6-week work from anywhere policy), but going to the office (at fixed days for most teams) twice a week is still a requirement with very little room for flexibility (the office is not very conveniently-located either)
6 weeks working remote a year and the private healthcare
Amazing flexible benefit of working from anywhere for 6 weeks per year. The company gives two Mental Health days on top of your holidays that can be taken at any time, no questions asked!
There is a level of transparency that goes through the entire company that I have not seen anywhere else.
very good set of benefits.
Very good health insurance, including dental
very good benefits package and perks
