What does a Graduate Support Consultanted do?

Support consultants provide specialized support services to businesses and organizations to assist with a range of critical operational functions. These consultants often have expertise in a particular business area, such as accounting, marketing, or cybersecurity. They evaluate the organization’s primary or urgent needs, create a strategic action plan, and implement systems and solutions to address those needs and help achieve business objectives. They may also serve as an internal subject matter expert to provide guidance and advice in their area of expertise, and may create training guides or other materials.

Support consultants typically have at least a bachelor’s degree in their field of expertise, although an advanced degree is an asset. They have extensive experience in that field, including roles with project management responsibilities. They also must have excellent analytical skills.
