They provide technical, business, consulting, and product expertise to customers and advise on comprehensive solutions they can deliver to the market. They facilitate technical discussions and whiteboarding for project integrations and technical solutions from one to many applications. Implementation consultants need a master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or an equivalent and a decade or more of experience delivering commercial products via service organizations.
