What does a Management Accountant do?

They gather and analyze financial information for internal use and support budgeting and funding while assisting the company in managing its investment portfolio. Management accountants assume accounting procedures responsibility and evaluate their performance using key data including income, overhead, or investments.

They advise companies of issues and problems and suggest relevant improvements, and sometimes supervise lower-level personnel.
